Snack Samples

  1. 5 triscuit crackers and peanut butter sandwiches
  2. Low-fat microwave popcorn or fresh air-popped popcorn in canola oil and
    sliced apple
  3. WHOLE grain crackers and hummus with raw veggies
  4. 1/2-1 cup low-fat plain or fruit flavored yogurt with either 1/4 cup granola or handful of chopped nuts
  5. 3/4-1 cup dry cereal and fresh fruit
