Monthly Subscribers each month a new workout will be added to your trainerize app. Once the new workout is added you will then have access to schedule and do it. The longer you are a subscriber the more workouts you have to choose from to add variety to your schedule.
Monthly workouts will be designed based on my 4 phases of fitness.
Workouts month 1-4 will contain exercises that fall within phase 1 – Foundational Phase. These workouts contain basic exercises that build a strong foundation to advance from.

Workouts beyond month 12 contain exercises that fall within phase 4 – Maintaining Phase. These workouts will contain exercises that fall within all phases of fitness for you to continue and maintain your goals.
