Phase 1 is where you will build a strong foundation.
This phase will consist of basic exercises for all major muscle groups at various angles. This is where you will be educated on particular exercises, there name, form and execution. At the same time, you will be building a strong foundation which will be needed in order to move onto the next phase of fitness.
Phase 1 will prepare you for the more challenging exercises and workouts you will find in phase 2 of the program.
