I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have worked with all genders, ages and fitness levels. I strive on helping individuals build a stronger self to improve their overall quality of life and emotional strength.
Fitness and health is not just my job, it is a passion and a lifestyle! I live, lead and educate others into doing the same. Education is one of the most important steps in my programming. It is not just about going through the motions of physical exercise or eating properly, it is about the know how to do it correctly, confidently and consistently. Through education you will acquire the knowledge to improve your physical and emotional strength.
As a mother of 3 I know the daily struggles of family life. I am also a mom who works and I understand how difficult it is to balance family and work. Time is limited and our own needs are often neglected. I have learned and I am still learning how to create and maintain a balance in both family, work and self. It is so important to me as a mom to be a fit mom and show my family how important having a fit and healthy lifestyle is. This is important not just for my own health, but more importantly, because as a mom it is my duty as a role model for my children to lead by example.

I am also a mother of 3 and I am eager to be fit not just of physical goals but also I want to be healthy for my family. Thanks for sharing this post and I will go through your other post. I love this statement of yours “Fitness and health is not just my job, it is a passion and a lifestyle! I live, lead and educate others into doing the same.” It is really true that trainers should not just concern about the fitness of their trainees, they should also take care of the entirety of their clients through proper education. Fitness does not stop at the gym or training ground, it continues at home, at work, and everywhere!
