- STAYFIT with Joy designed workouts you can do right from the app.
Here are the rules:
- Follow Lean and Clean Eating Guide to make better choices and include all 5 of my do and don’t rules in your meal planning.
- Post photos of all meals/snacks throughout your day on a daily basis in Accountability Group. Optional: track meals on meal tracker from STAYFIT with Joy app or on MyFitnessPal.
- First and last week are detox weeks:
- No alcohol for first and last week of the program.
- Check off as many healthy habits scheduled each day as possible. Each week you accumulate a new healthy habit to work on.
- Must do at least 3 workouts a week including both cardio and strength in your workout plan and 30 minutes of active movement 6 days a week.
- Progress photos must be taken at the beginning and end of completion of program.
- Must have contact with me on a daily basis. If 48 hours go by without contact your program can come to an end without refund.
Weekly Checklist
- Check your calendar for what you need to do and schedule for the week.
- Schedule your workouts for the week – Workouts can be STAYFIT with Joy app designed workouts, your own workouts (strength, cardio or combination of), group fitness classes, personal training sessions, or sports related activities.
- Check Lean and Clean Eating Guide and plan your weekly meals. Food shop and meal prep what you can for the week.
Daily Checklist
- Check your calendar for what is on schedule for the day – progress photos, healthy habits and/or workouts.
- Check your messages and group messages for any information or instructions.
- Check Lean and Clean Eating Guide and plan your daily meals. Meal prep and prepare any food for that day or the next.
- Take photos of all your meals and snacks and post them in Accountability Group throughout your day.
- Track and do any scheduled workouts or add any workouts that you didn’t schedule but got done.
