This program is a complete online coaching program through my personal training app that takes you through all 4 steps and 4 phases of my program outline.
You will learn how to make lifestyle changes both physically and mentally. Learning to commit, schedule, educate and implement both workouts and healthy eating into your daily routine.
With this program you get:
- Access to my online mobile training app where you get your schedule and complete your workouts. Get your workouts anywhere on the go with your mobile device. Workout at home, the gym, on vacation, business trips and more.
- 16 weeks of workouts consisting of 8 workouts every 4 weeks totaling 32 different workouts. Workouts are 15-30+ minutes each and include video previews of each exercise with titles, explanations and modifications. I have filmed each exercise and designed every workout on this program to show execution and technique of each one.
- Access to my lean and clean eating guide right on the app to help you make healthier meal and snack choices complete with my top 5 daily DO and DON’T rules, meal/snack samples and a complete food shopping list.
- Personal coaching from me to guide you through the program keeping you motivated and accountable. You have access to communicate with me 24/7 right from the app and ask me any questions. This is not an automated app I personally work together with you throughout the process and your journey!
- Group chat to help you motivate and stay connected with others going through the same program. This is also where I connect to everyone as a group and share exercise/nutritional tips, recipes, information, updates, events and more.
- Calendar where you can keep track of all your workouts. Schedule and track your program workouts, add and track your own cardio or other personal workouts as well as schedule your photos and body stat updates.
- Keep track of progress photos and body stats right on the app and see your progress results.
