Phase 3 will concentrate on particular areas of focus.

Once you have reached most of your goals in weight, body fat percentage, etc.,  you will enter the fine tuning phase. In this phase you may have reached or gotten close to your overall goals but, find that there are still specific areas that need work. We will pay particular attention to specific areas and design workouts that isolate them.
