Step 2 is to SCHEDULE!
One you have committed to the program you will need to schedule your workouts, any meal prep, food shopping, etc. It is important to schedule these things so that you know when you will fit them in and then commit to keeping that appointment. If you schedule time for these things you will be more successful in making your goals and staying on track.
You will have a calendar on your trainerize app where your workouts will be placed, but, it is important to also have a personal calendar where you do all your scheduling as well. On Your personal calendar you will add your workouts that are scheduled in your trainerize app, along with any meal prep and food shopping time blocks that are necessary.
I highly recommend using a digital calendar app such as ical for doing all of your personal scheduling so that it will be with you on your mobile device at all times.
